Owner and Lead Esthetician
Owner, Lead Esthetician, Skincare Specialist, and Permanent Makeup Artist.
Hi, I’m Michelle! I’ve been a licensed esthetician since 2010, with over 15 years of experience in advanced skincare, permanent makeup, and holistic beauty. I created our healing space to offer results-driven treatments rooted in intuition, genuine care, and intention. Shine is where science and soul come together in every treatment.
My passion for beauty began early, inspired by the women in my family and their beautiful skin, as well as my mom’s many years with Estée Lauder. Watching her daily skincare and beauty rituals was magical for me at such a young age, and it sparked a deep appreciation for intentional beauty that has stayed with me ever since.
After struggling with severe acne throughout my teens and twenties, I experienced firsthand the transformative power of skin health. That journey led me to this career and continues to fuel my commitment to helping others feel confident, radiant, and at home in their skin.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked in some of Colorado’s most respected spas, including Brows on Upper 15th in Denver and Spa Anjali at the Westin Riverfront. I later became a Colorado educator for Eminence Organic Skincare, and in 2020, I expanded my training in facial massage and Gua Sha under Cecily Braden, blending traditional techniques with modern skin science.
In 2018, I became a certified permanent makeup artist, and over the years I have trained with leading global artists. I specialize in soft, hyper-realistic brows using both nano brow and microblading techniques, with a strong focus on natural, refined results.
Today, I continue to expand into more advanced and medical aesthetic modalities through ongoing education, offering treatments such as SkinPen Microneedling, medical-grade chemical peels, and skin resurfacing. Skincare has always been the heart of my work, and I’m deeply committed to delivering thoughtful, results-driven care.
Helping people feel beautiful, both inside and out, is the foundation of everything I do. It’s an honor to guide each of my clients with experience, artistry, and intention.

Jodi has been a valued part of the Shine Intuitive Beauty team since early 2020, and from the moment she joined, her dedication, talent, and warm presence have made her an integral part of the client experience at Shine. With over 20 years of experience in the beauty and wellness industry, she brings both advanced skill and a calm, grounded energy that instantly puts clients at ease.
Originally from the East Coast and having spent time in Savannah before settling in the Vail Valley, Jodi brings a natural sense of warmth and genuine hospitality to everything she does. She has a deep knowledge of skincare and advanced aesthetics, and she is known for her thoughtful, personalized approach. Whether she’s customizing a facial or performing waxing services with precision and comfort, she genuinely cares about each and every client she works with.
Jodi is loved by both long-time clients and first-time guests for her ability to create beautiful, visible results while still making every treatment feel relaxing and supportive. She takes great pride in her work, is always continuing to learn and grow, and is deeply committed to helping each client feel confident, comfortable, and cared for.

Co-Owner and CFO
Matt is not just a Co-Owner and CFO at Shine Intuitive Beauty, but a crucial figure who operates from behind the scenes. Though he may seem elusive, now and then, you might catch a glimpse of him lending a helping hand around the spa, ensuring that everything is running smoothly. His unwavering belief in our mission - that everyone deserves self-care to unlock their true potential - serves as the foundation of his work here.
By day, Matt utilizes his creative talents as a full-time software designer at Adobe, where he crafts captivating experiences for individuals worldwide. Even during his downtime, he remains tirelessly dedicated to enhancing our clients' experiences in unprecedented ways.
