About our policies

When you schedule an appointment with us, we reserve time just for you to be pampered by one of our skilled estheticians. This affects how many other clients we can serve that day. For that reason, we have our cancellation policies listed below.

We understand things happen, and it is at our discretion when and how to enforce these policies based on individual circumstances. All appointments receive a confirmation email and text with our policies. An email and text reminder is also sent 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment, which also includes our policies.

Thank you for your understanding, as we couldn’t continue to serve our community without your support!

  • Recognizing that everyone's time is valuable and appointment times are limited, we kindly ask for 48 hours notice if you are unable to make your appointment. All cancellations and reschedules made within the 48 hour window will be charged 50% of the total service price.

A client with multiple cancellations or reschedules in a row may not be the best fit for our practice, and we may respectfully discontinue our relationship.

  • No-call, no-shows and same-day cancellations will be charged a 100% cancelation fee of the service total. This fee cannot be put towards future services and will be charged to the credit card on file.

Multiple no-shows and last-minute cancellations in any 12-month period will result in termination from our practice. Thank you for your understanding.

  • We understand that things happen. If you are running late, please call us at (970) 343-4728 to let us know. If you are unable to arrive with enough time for us to complete your service, you will be charged the full amount of your treatment. If there are same-day openings available, you may schedule at no additional charge.

  • Please do not come to your appointment if you are sick, at the onset of symptoms, or newly recovering from an illness.

If you need to cancel or reschedule because you are ill, we ask that you give us as much notice as possible, preferably at the first sign of symptoms. For the health and safety of our clients and team, all illness-related reschedules will be moved 1-2 weeks from date of illness.

We reserve the right to cancel your appointment if you arrive with symptoms such as coughing, sneezing, fever, etc., and you will be charged 100% of your service fee.

Some people feel that getting a facial or treatment while ill will help them feel better, but that also puts our team at risk of getting sick. We ask that you kindly respect the health and safety of our team and clients.

  • We understand that being a parent is hard, and finding childcare in the valley can be a challenge. However, we kindly ask that you plan ahead for your visit with us. If you bring a child or additional guest to your appointment, we will not be able to accommodate your treatment, and you will be charged in full for the appointment fee.

As many of our services are highly intricate and require the full attention and focus of your esthetician, children and/or additional guests may distract your provider and/or prevent them from performing their best work.

Additionally, as our studio is small and cozy, children and/or additional guests may disrupt the experience of others receiving treatments.

  • We gladly offer gift cards, which can be purchased online here!

Gift Cards can be used towards any product purchase or service.

Gift Cards expire 1 year from the purchase date.

You can bring your gift card with you, and it will also be linked to your account.
