Michelle, the driving force behind Shine Intuitive Beauty, has been a Licensed Esthetician in Colorado since 2009. Her journey in the beauty industry began in Denver, where she honed her skills at some of the city's premier eyebrow and waxing studios. In 2013, her path led her to the Vail Valley, where she elevated her expertise in high-end resort spas and as a representative for Eminence Organics, a leader in the skincare industry.
With over 15 years of experience in facials, waxing, and eyebrow artistry, Michelle's passion for beauty and wellness has only deepened. In 2019, she advanced her education and became a certified Permanent Makeup artist in Colorado and holds a state certification from the College of International Esthetics. Recognized as an expert in her field, Michelle continues to refine her skills through countless advanced trainings with world-renowned artists and specializes in several popular brow and permanent makeup techniques.

Lead Esthetician
Jodi is our resident skincare and waxing expert. She joined us from Savannah Georgia just before Covid and has been a rock on the team. From the moment she joined us, it was evident that she possessed a rare combination of talent, knowledge, and a genuine passion for skincare. She’s consistently proven herself as one of the most trusted and sought-after professionals in the industry.
With over 15 years of hands-on experience as an esthetician, Jodi's deep understanding of aesthetics is unparalleled. Whether it's a facial to address specific concerns, or a waxing service to achieve flawlessly smooth skin, Jodi goes above and beyond to ensure that her clients leave feeling confident and satisfied.

Jessica was born and raised in the picturesque Vail Valley, nestled in the heart of nature's beauty. This idyllic setting not only played a significant role in shaping her upbringing but also inspired her to create a nurturing environment for her own two boys. After dedicating precious time to motherhood, Jessica turned her passion to skincare. Initially starting part-time at Vail Dermatology, she quickly discovered an unyielding fascination with the intricacies of both natural and medical skincare practices.
Determined to turn her dreams into reality, she received her esthetician license from the School of Botanical and Medical Aesthetics. Today, Jessica stands as an exceptional facialist, renowned for her ability to bring out the inherent beauty in every individual. Her clients find solace in her serene presence, genuine empathy, and unwavering commitment to their skincare needs.

Matt is not just a Co-Owner and CFO at Shine Intuitive Beauty, but a crucial figure who operates from behind the scenes. Though he may seem elusive, now and then, you might catch a glimpse of him lending a helping hand around the spa, ensuring that everything is running smoothly.
